Location was perfect for us as it's the closest Hotel to Family Shower was powerful and hot. The Buffet Breakfast has a wide selection and worth the money Rooms were clean and a very comfortable Bed .

This is probably the best hotel location because of the view. Both day and night the view from the hotel rooms are amazing. The pool is great and the service at the pool is great too. Few hotels in the city have pools and this is the best one by far.

Very clean and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable. Nice views of the city. My 5 year old son loved the heated pool. We only spent a night but they let us keep the room until 3pm without an extra charge. Room service was speedy and the I’d say the food was comparable to any decent restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff as well.

It's a great hotel, good location, and is comfortable. We stayed for one night, as we were visiting the vineyards in the área, and needed to rest before returning to Mexico City, I recommend it.

Been here before, cool place with a nice view over the Queretaro. Cleanness and hygiene was outstanding! Stuff great. The room comfortable and very quiet. Also the internet works well.

View is amazing, facilities clean and look new, great outdoors, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff.
